Our RV lots run $2500 to $4500/yr (based on lot) rent + $400 deposit due by when you sign the lease. If you want the spot again next year you’ll need to pay $500 non-refundable intent to return payment by 10/31. This leaves only $2000 or $4000 to pay by 4/1 the following year. You pay electric directly to OPPD. Great fishing area! Lots are approximately 40+x80. There is a septic dump station and boat ramp on the property. We have recently improved our boat ramp and it is ready for use this summer!

DeSoto Park Estates is an RV park that is owned by 25 individuals. Each of our owners occupies a lot at the park. In between the owner lots are the our RV rental lots. This map indicates the RV rental lots that are currently available.
